Untitled

I decided to make this post 'untitled' because I have feeling I will be making more posts regarding my flat and the new one we are moving into. I can only think of so many "update on flat' titles. I am going to go the contemporary art route and call them all 'untitled I' 'untitled II', etc.

So here is an excerpt from a message that I sent to one of my friends:

'we still have a lot of people interested in looking at the flat. We showed it to another couple today (only our 3rd showing...the first two haven't called back). They seemed extremely interested! They said they had another couple that they would be living with that would want to see the flat Sunday afternoon, but that because they liked it so much they were sure the other couple would, too. And they said they would more than likely go and talk to our letting agent on Monday!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD IS ...... indescribable. I don't even know what to say. 'amazing' doesn't even begin to describe it.'

So there it is. Things are looking wonderful!!! Hope all is well with you. I'll write again soon! :) I am starting to get pretty good at this update thing. Much better than last semester! Or is it too much? It might slow down after all this moving stuff is over, but I will do my best to continue updating. Adios for now!

OH! one more thing. I went to a Chinese restaurant with some friends for lunch the other day. We did this thing called Dim Sum (i think is how you spell it. I know that's the way it sounded anyway). The servers come around with carts loaded with different kinds of food asking if you want 'this' or 'that'. The whole table just shares a bunch of food. All the food was really good and one of our friends can speak Chinese. She lived in China for 3 years and is moving back there when we're finished with school. She talked to the waiters for us. It was awesome. At one point though, when my friend told me what a certain dish was, I looked at the waitress and seriously almost said, 'No gracias.' HAHA Can you believe it? I guess since it's the only other language I somewhat know, I think that if someone doesn't know English they must know Spanish! I did that a few times while I was in Germany last semester, too :) haha anyway. Just thought I would share. Good food, good times, with good friends. London is fun!

That Chinese restaurant sounds pretty great! Yum. And hooray for the flat--I hope it still goes smoothly for you.
PS Post some pictures of YOU!

Woo-hoo...I get to see you girls in no time at all. We're leaving on Friday for Jeffrey's Bay and we had our last forever church service in the township today. I can't wait to see this new flat of yours. I need to book my train ticket from Manchester, so what station should I take the train into?
Love you and can't wait to see you!!!
